Treasure Chest Puppet Czech Witch

This traditional Czechoslovakian witch is a creation of the renowned puppet artist and puppet maker, Richard Kuklik of the Czech Republic.
She stands 16 inches tall.  Her skeleton, is wood but her face and hands
are hand sculptured from a unique plaster compound
that lends itself to realistic expression.
Her wooden control makes it a snap for her to glide through the air
or just as easily walk the earth plane.
Her broom is for sweeping, as well as flying
and she often disguises herself as an old peasant woman
in need of a helping hand.

Her face though ugly has a certain something about it
that compels you to stay.
Too frightened to run or fly away you can hear her cackle
through those shrewd and penetrating eyes.
Even her unruly hair tucked under her kerchief
is just another Halloweenish touch of trick or treat scariness!
Her costume is perfect for  flying across the moon
or skunking down dark, deserted streets!

Costumes vary due to the uniqueness of each marionette created.
Her features remain the same from puppet to puppet
but her dress may be different than shown here!

We do not recommend her for younger children! They should use
the inexpensive yarn, plush and wooden 8 to 16 inch marionettes
and hand puppets found in my Toy Box selections!
