When trick-or-treating on Halloween Night
You feel a chill in the air.

You pass under shadows
that give you a fright.

The Phantom Trees are everywhere.

You can hear them screaming in the wind.
It's you they want to grab
and you know those aren't branches
that wave and bend
they're knives getting ready to stab.

You hold your bag and run for the door
and in the morning
they'll be trees once more.
