Basic Confidentiality Policy It is SBZZ, (SunnieBunniezz/CoppCarbonell) policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by us, Carol and Linda and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your request). For example, when you write in the guestbook and leave your email, or send an email to us, the personal information you provide will be used to send you a thank you or response by email. Please be aware that information left on a public display, such as a Guestbook or WebBoard, is accessible by the public. We encourage safety and caution when leaving information. If you also indicate on our sites that you would like to receive information about other SBZZ programs and services, such as publications, your personal information will be added to appropriate SBZZ mailing lists. You can indicate your desire when completing a form or when you send us e-mail. If at any time you change your mind and would like to add or remove your name from the mailing list, or correct your personal information, please email us using addresses provided on our contact page. No Release of Information to Third Parties Personal information will not be released to third parties except if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties. Your name and other personal information you provide to vendors, for example Amazon.com, is not given to us. No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. We can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors comes to us from and count the number of visitors. Our Internet Service Provider, Earthlink, has that type of aggregate information in its logs. We do not know names, addresses or other personal information about our visitors. We have no means to identify particular visitors to our sites. The type of tracking information is aggregate information such as the number of visitors by day, week or month. This information is for maintenance purposes such as popularity of a particular page and other typical internal purposes by SBZZ technical support staff, i.e. Carol. Our web site providers track general information about the visits to our web sites. The ISP uses the information to bill us for traffic. For example, Earthlink tracks information about the visits to our web sites using software to compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web sites, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics may be used to better provide services to the public. The statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. We use the aggregated information to ensure that we are providing pages that are useful as measured by the use of that page. We cannot identify the visitor or the visitor's address. No personal information is collected. No Solicitation or Encouragement of Divulging of Information We have been systematically removing from our pages all hyperlinked email responders to the sunniebunniezz.com email accounts such as webmaster, grammaw, grampaw, or sunnieb. We also disabled some of our email accounts. We did this to prevent the spamming and spoofing and hijacking of our email account to send out email mass mailings. We use our contact page to provide a contact address to prevent robots from harvesting our address and spamming us. We do miss all the mail that grammaw, grampaw, and sunnieb used to receive. We discourage the posting of private information to our site. We are interested in helping our visitors and in feedback so we do provide the Web Board and Guest Book at the CoppCarbonell Publishing portion of our site only.
