He Has So Spun

He has so spun a golden hue,
Cross land and hand and mountain, too.

And He has placed a silver star,
Upon the sky and kingdom far.

He has written in words so true,
The laws of Christ and mankind too!

And He has prayed and suffered for
Man and Soul, the faithless endured.

He has cried and wept and said,
That all will live again when dead.

And He has kept His promise told,
Shed His blood for an eternal fold.
